I had an extremely stressful week with Amazon and my laptop. I had my laptop’s hard drive upgraded. The issue with Amazon was beyond upsetting. They forced me to change my password. So I did. They canceled two of my purchases because they were out of stock, so I looked for a third alternative. They canceled that one too because it was suspicious. Now, I only can log into Amazon with my new password when I use my laptop and phone. When I tried to access Amazon from husband’s laptop or my second laptop, Amazon demanded I reset the password again. I spoke to an Amazon person in Chat; they said do not change your password. I’m left in limbo.
My Amazon is connected to my TV, kindles, Tablet, ACX, and KDP. I can’t have my account closed. It’s a big headache.
That was my week.
